JAG GYM’s Fitness and Sports Cross Training Classes
How fun does this sound? Jump as high as you can on the trampoline 20 times. Then, run though a pit filled with colorful foam blocks. Next, traverse along a 24 foot rock wall. Then, climb up and down the wall ladders, stopping to drop bean bags into a buck—with your feet! Next, you get to the 30 foot long tumble trampoline. There you will try to jump across the trampoline in as few jumps as possible. Finally, you will encounter an obstacle course that involves a series of mats that you need to go over and around as quickly as you can. Guess what? You just worked cardio, arm strength, leg strength, core strength and agility! Yes, welcome to Fitness and Sports Cross training JAG style!
 
 
JAG’s Fitness classes are designed to get kids off the couch and into the gym! No boring repetitions in these classes! JAG’s fitness program is designed to appeal to kids by using the elements of the gym kids most enjoy—the bouncers, trampolines, obstacle courses and rock wall—as well as games and challenges for kids to meet and beat their personal bests. Healthy living and good nutrition is also encouraged through interactive handouts
 
 
JAG’s Sports Cross Training classes are for athletes who are competitive in other sports and who are looking for a cross training program to compliment their current training program. Everyone knows that gymnasts are among the fittest of athletes—this class will show you why! Using different exercises and drills with various sports themes, the Sports Cross Training curriculum stresses balance, coordination, agility, strength, flexibility, air awareness and endurance. Pre and post testing will give the athletes feedback on their progress
